Dave Arnold, a James Beard award-winning author, is a food scientist and mixologist and the founder and president of the Museum of Food and Drink (MOFAD) in New York. His book, Liquid Intelligence is an amazing exposition and exploration of mixed drinks. Praise for this book includes this from Harold McGee: “Dave Arnold is the smartest person I know in the world of food and drink. Cocktail enthusiasts and professionals alike will find insights and inspiration galore in Liquid Intelligence.”
